the bastard usually cuts this closer to the wire but i saw this and had to put it up.
i read neil gaiman's 16 line short story, "nicholas was" in 2005 when i was in a bad place and it gave me comfort in it's own twisted little way.
seeing it animated just brought the christmas of 2005 back to me.
it was the last christmas i got to spend with the boy.
and it makes me sad.
so now i'd like a drink.
