i'll get to more op ed about the mofo's and the dub's stuff but i have to pull something off of the mayor of new orleans:
"They don't have a clue what's going on down there," Nagin said. "They flew down here one time two days after the doggone event was over with TV cameras, AP reporters, all kind of goddamn -- excuse my French everybody in America, but I am pissed."
now he's entitled. or is he? let's take a looksy at this photo i just got from yahoo news:
the caption reads as follows:
An aerial view of flooded school buses in a lot, Thursday, Sept. 1, 2005, in New Orleans, LA. The flood is a result of Hurricane Katrina that passed through the area last Monday.(AP Photo/Phil Coale)
now let me ask you something, why is it that the mayor of new orleans didn't take advantage if his towns own resources to save his own people? he might have heard that a hurricane was coming through but he didn't think to mobilize these now underwater pieces of machinery to move his poorest out of dodge. wha happened? hmmmmmmmm? perhaps it was some forethought on ray nagins' part seeing as his poorest had to take refuge in them.i think though doth protest too much mr mayor. thou doth protest toooo much. more to come.
